The following trophies are all up for grabs each season. For details of previous winners please select the relevant season from the sub-menu on the left of your screen.

Player of the Season

This will be awarded based on the highest number of Man of the Match votes received over the course of the season. In the event of a tie, the player who has played the most games for their respective side shall win. If this still does not separate the contenders then the award will be shared.

Young Player of the Season

Golden Boot

Simple - who scores the most competitive goals wins. Penalties only count for half a goal as these are clearly easier to score than a goal from open play. If the result is a tie then the player with the best goals per game ratio will win. If this still does not separate the contenders then the award will be shared.

Safe Hands

Any goalkeeper having a goals conceded per game ratio of 1.5 of less at the end of the season shall receive this award.

Most Improved Player

This will be decided by the Manager.

Clubman Award

What happens off the pitch is just as important as what happens on it and the person that offers most in this department in the opinion of the Manager will take the plaudits. There will be as many of these awards as the Management Committee see fit. If nobody has made a big enough contribution then there will be no award.

*** Eligibility ***

When the season is finished, any player who has not played any part in at least 50% of the available games will be removed from the running as these players are not eligible to receive an award (apart from the Clubman Award which is not related to appearances). Being an unused substitute does not count as an appearance.

Any player who still owes money and/or kit come the end of the season is not eligible for an award.
